Single-Component
EnDiSys offers single-component dispensing equipment for any application. The E-Flo IQ platform is great for robotic dispensing applications, especially window urethanes. PCF metering systems provide high precision, continuous flow for multiple applicators. The extremely precise and accurate Precision Shot Meter (PSM) is great for any automation platform and was designed to dispense the tough to handle Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs). The TruShot 1K is another shot meter designed for use with single component Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) silicones. ProDispense is great for metering industrial fluids – dye, grease, oil, paint and more.
Meter, Mix, and Dispense
Our meter, mix and dispense systems are designed to be the most accurate proportioners on the market. Two component systems can be challenging to configure with nuances that go along with each material and application. For fixed ratio, continuous flow applications, look to the EFR and HFR. The E-Pro, VRP and EVR are all variable ratio, continuous flow systems. The PR70 and PR-X are both effective compact machines designed for applications with smaller shot sizes. For glass installation applications, look to the AGP platform.
Supply Systems
EnDiSys supply systems can be paired with our metering systems or can be utilized as a standalone bulk transfer system. Pressure tanks and stick pumps are perfect for low pressure, ambient applications. For high pressure, ambient applications, Dynamite, Check-Mate, Dura-Flo and Unidrum systems are a great fit. For applications requiring heat, look to the Therm-O-Flow warm and hot melt systems.
